This win was a big confidence builder and it doesn't matter how we won. Sunday we play a much better team and the secondary will have to play its best game of the season. I really hope they don't start Cortez Allen. He's toast. Give someone else a chance. It wouldn't hurt.

I agree. Plain and simple. Cortez is either high or just ain't that good. I prefer to believe he's no good. Maybe they should make him watch video of Primetime or Rod Woodson. What is it with these db's? There's more to just running with the receiver. TURN AND LOOK FOR THE BALL!!

Maybe I got sucked in by Tirico saying the close-up indicated he had landed out. You're right, though. A chunk of turf, half in and half out, doesn't mean he landed out. More likely, he dragged it across the line.

Don't know, but it looked to me like that actually supported the TD unless these guys never took physics and think when he landed he didn't continue going forward. And the "line" was barely touched based on the turf "evidence."

Even though they are not supposed to consider them, I wonder if the close-up pictures ESPN showed of the turf that indicated he may have landed on the line swayed the booth.
