They don’t do isolation anymore as I understand it….at least not at UPMC lol. And the are now shots you can take to avoid the weeks of no-meds. It’s about a 2 week thing.

Again a lot comes down to whether they attempt to conserve the gland in surgery. If so, no RAD. Fingers crossed.
