A look at the week ahead on the site …

• Monday: I’ll try to take this off, as it’s the only full day I’ll spend in the country. Once KDKA-TV has produced the video podcast of Sunday night’s ‘Sports Showdown,’ I’ll post that.

• Tuesday: Tuesday 12 Qs at the new time, 9 a.m. After that, I’ll fly to Edmonton to begin covering the Penguins’ three-game journey across Western Canada. Snow willing. At either end.

• Wednesday: Morning Java video will be up early. This will involve snow, too, only closer to the Arctic Circle. In the afternoon, I’ll phone home for my weekly hit with 105.9 the X to have at it with Mark Madden. By nightfall, it will be Penguins-Oilers at Rexall Place followed by a full column.
