re McGuire: While we did not see McGuire's actions, we heard him. I recall his voice-over complaining about a cross check which occurred in front of him. I wish I could recall his precise words, because I thought that he also said something about the ref not seeing it. Interfering with a game is bad enough, but he is also feeding the story line that the Pens are undisciplined--a story line that the league seems to have wholeheartedly adopted. During the single game which the Pens won, I also caught Milbury between periods saying that he was hoping that the Rangers would make adjustments to win the game. That sort of stuff is routine from that cement head, whose dislike of the Pens is legendary. I wonder whether anyone has analyzed Milbury's comments overall to find out if he is always critical of particular teams. When the Pens play a high-scoring style with defensive exposures, then Milbury calls them soft. When the Pens play a harder checking style of hockey, then he calls them undisciplined. I don't mind homers, but Milbury's commentary is so biased that I usually switch stations between periods of NBC's telecasts of Pens game.
re site: I am logged in, as I have checked and the log-in page is in fact showing that I am logged in. However my icon is not appearing and my identification is being demanded. Secondly, as I wrote this message, the ad-videos kept changing my screen view, but that is a topic for site stuff. This column was almost unreadable due to the frequent jumps to the ad video screen view.

I live on Guam and I do NOT get the Friday Insider until Saturday morning, and we (it is just me, but I have multiple personalities) are sick and tired of being overlooked, ignored and marginalized by the constant reference to this weekly feature as the "FRIDAY INSIDER", without any regard for those of us (again, it's just me) who receive this on Saturday!
We will be oppressed no more, we will be heard! We(I) demand that DK change the name to: "Friday Insider, and for those who live east of the international dateline, Saturday Insider". It is 2015 and EVERYONE must feel important and recognized.

Sorry folks, just bored, can't get the Pens game here and the Bucs don't start for 90 minutes cause they are in Arizona.

If anybody in Penguins management thinks next season will be a different story regarding man games lost to injury, disease, diagnosis or serendipity, they haven't been paying attention. Man games lost to injury is as natural off the tongue when discussing this team as a 2 on 1 rush that doesn't result in a shot.
