I would rather have Hurdle write himself in as DH as opposed to Gorkyz. No way.

Tabata will be available again in a week, as i’m sure we all realize.

Flyers traded a guy who can’t play for a guy who can’t play. What’s the problem? Pens aren’t interested in taking back a Sam Gagne-type guy/contract for Kunitz or Scuderi. They’d be right back where they started.

The movement is taken from Pitch f/x, which measures from the pitcher’s release point.

Is there a set window for submitting entries for the 10 Qs?
I will be on the road and uncertain if I can submit one tomorrow.
My question is this (actually, I guess this is technically my second question, huh?… Darn, now I’m up to three… Is there a limit to the number of questions? Uggghhh… someone stop me!)
If you can disregard the other inquiries, what I would like to ask is:
At PNC Park and on TV, they post measurements for the vertical and horizontal movement of the pitch. i.e. “Vertical -10 Horizontal +4″. -10 and +4 from what?

Pens re sign Ian Cole. 3 years $ 6.3 million. Per Yohe.

So the Flyers are able to trade Chris Pronger who hasn’t played in 3 years but the Pens are still stuck with Scuderi and Kunitz. Awesome.

Let’s hope the series is a showcase for Pedro as a DH.

Except that Tabata has been DFA’d.
