We, on the other hand has one of the best records in baseball with very few holes. Incremental l upgrades to the bench and pen without giving up much were the correct moves to make. Mets needed to make a splash because their lineup was atrocious. Sometimes the correct move is move – you don’t need to acquire big name guys at the deadline when your team is already very good.
