CINCINNATI -- Sean Rodriguez, the most active of the Pirates in a bench-clearing brouhaha Sunday at Great American Ball Park, politely declined interview requests following his team's 3-0 win over the Reds.
His teammates, however, had plenty to say.
The four-year feud with these two teams reached a boiling point with a lengthy skirmish in the bottom of the eighth inning that resulted in ejections to Rodriguez, plus Cincinnati's Marlon Byrd and Joey Votto. Mark Melancon and Clint Hurdle were later ejected.
And it sure didn't sound like this will be the end of the hostility.
