Mike Johnston just answered one of the summer's big questions: Phil Kessel is likely to open training camp on Sidney Crosby's line, the coach said Tuesday morning before participating in the Penguins' alumni golf outing at Valleybrook Country Club in McMurray.
Evgeni Malkin, according to Johnston, is likely to open training camp next month centering a line that includes Patric Hornqvist.
Johnston did say that lines, as always, are subject to change. After giving the subject thought over the summer, however, he has determined that this is the likely configuration.
