Here we go steelers, here we go!!!
im in Atlanta…anyone know a link to watch the game?
Only illegal ones. I’d ask that those don’t get shared on here, for obvious reasons.
no problem….I’ve got Redzone…that will do…
Hey DK, DVE wants to know how 93.7 The Fan got broadcast rights to the Steelers.
Touche, JY! Fixed!
What do you know, Troy can still execute the open-field tackle without doing it all training camp?

Okay I know I didn’t type that.
Man, AB sees a hole and just annihilates it for 76 yards and a TD. Ben looked off coverage, two Bills collided and … away he went! Sensational play all-around.

Shazier, Tuitt, and Troy all look great….Cortez Allen and Mitchell not so much. No real pressure on the outside and the corners look very suspect thus far.
Giving up too much on first down and third down defense keeping up some plays. Granted it is pre season, but some real concern about the corners.
Nice pressure on the third and fourth down plays! Nice work!! Heyward, Tuitt, and McClendon appear to be the best combo on the Dline thus far. How would Mccullers look between Tuitt and Heyward?
Apparently I’m the only one here, but oh well. Landry Jones……wow…..yikes.
Definitely not the only one here!
Hey DK! How is it at the game? A lot of positives, especially on offense, but the corners worry me. Shazier and Timmons on the inside….exciting stuff!
Looking to read the rest of the articles…. keep writing, and looking forward to viewing the material again, once you figure out the subscription re-entry. Tried re-logging in, but won’t give me access.
It’s all coming. We’re all staying up the next two nights. No sleep.
So much for Saturdays off. The best laid plans of mice and sports writers/columnists.
Called that pick WITH THE SNAP, baby. And solely because of the QB. Next thing I see that impresses from Landry Jones will be the first.
I second that. Worse pick, him or Alonzo Jackson?
Meanwhile, your franchise QB calls it a night at 8 of 11, 128 yards, two TDs, 150.8 rating. That’s all.
Ben looks crisp….and how about the O-line and that EXCELLENT protection? No one got close to Ben….looking good so far!
Nice couple of goal line plays….let’s hold on third down!
Superb defensive play by Robert Golden there on coverage/bat. Popular player in locker room. Good for him.
Some of the current “backups” look better than the “starters” in the secondary….I’m sure things are not all sorted out yet…. Minus Troy of course.
Nicely done Steelers!
I’m sure Landry Jones is a great guy and a wonderful human being, but he is simply not equipped to be a quarterback in the NFL.
Remind me again why he was drafted.
Barb, if I knew I would certainly tell you. Edmund was pointing out how flat Jones is emotionally and it shows with the squad…on top of being inaccurate, unable to read defenses, etc.
Golden makes another big play!
Hey DK, Shamarko has made a couple nice hits tonight. Are the Steelers happy with his progress?
Get Landry out of there. Man what a pathetic performance.
The legend of Landry continues!
In the words of Charles Barkley…..that was turrble!
I know the Steelers like to carry 3 qbs, but they should cut Jones, admit their mistake, and carry an extra positional player.
So far the special times are looking not so special.
Mr Golden!
Landry Jones needs to be sent back to Oklahoma–tonight. No way is he a NFL quarterback.
I agree but I don’t see how he doesn’t make the team. He’ll have a whole preseason next year to warrant his worth.
Nice win. I noticed that NT Fangupo didn’t play until the fourth quarter and barely played at all last week. McCullers meanwhile has had extended playing time. I wonder if that means McCullers is winning the battle.
I’d have to say the re-insertion of Gradkowski for the reaminder of the 3rd qtr and all the 4th qtr does not bode well for Jones.
