All: There WILL be a Morning Java today. It won't be up until around 10 a.m. or so. One segment we filmed was accidentally wiped out, so we're going back on the scene to re-shoot it. Sorry.
One of the things I love about this site "its like a box of chocolates...."
Freed from the shackles of a hard copy print deadline driven imperative, whats up next is always a pleasant surprise
Very free form if I may call it that.
If you feel the need...3 columns in one day instead of on a fixed schedule. Breaking news as it occurs, video interviews to round things out, always something.
Very well done DK. I must admit I was very skeptical in the beginning that one guy could keep the thing afloat but..."damn the torpedos, full speed ahead" has been the order of the day.
The only thing that has not transpired for the most part is the fictional "day off" lol
At the risk of sounding patronizing, take care of yourself DK.

Congrats Dejan. Hope you reach your goal and beyond.
Congrats Dejan!! This is great news. I can't wait to see how far you go past your goal at the one year mark! And I hope your family knows how much we appreciate the time you're putting into the site. I'm sure it's much more than we realize.
Thank you for all the amazing reading/listening.
Please don't take this wrong, congrats and the best is yet to come.

Pretty awesome to be a part of all this. Ballsy on your part to jump into this like you did. But I commend you for what you've done here. It's really been IMO the best way to get the inside scoop on sports here in the Burgh. Keep up the great work...won't be long til you're counting down to 20K!!
Time to bump those projections upward, brother! What you've done here is truly amazing, bringing immediacy and insight to Burgh sports that I never thought was possible. Above all, you've made sports fun again and that's saying something. Your hard work, diligent reporting, your humor and accessibility are much appreciated, Mr Kovacevic. Keep on keeping on and your legion of supporters will be right there with you!
Congrats DK! Keeping putting great content and you'll be putting 10K far in the rear view. It really insightful stuff but I think what I like best is it's just very authentic, no slant, agenda or bias, "you' come through in the work and seem like you are really enjoying it.
Congratulations Dejan. Surprised you haven't hit 10,000 yet. I only have the 1 yr subscription but when I renew it will definitely be at Lunatic level. Best money I've spent in quite awhile. Keep up the good work!
8000 in just 6 1/2 months - AWESOME !!!!!! 10,000 is just around the corner !!! when you are the BEST at what you do - GOOD THINGS HAPPEN - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!
Did you get to see the 30 for 30 on the Miracle on Ice from the Soviet perspective? Wow... the goonery and thuggery of Canadian hockey. Unfair, I know, to view the early '70's style from a 2015 perspective, but my goodness...the DNA of the NHL is rooted so deeply in that group of players and coaches.
Thank you! Now come to main site, click on that username and change it to something real!

Congrats DK! It's truly a testament to your hard work and abilities. Worth every penny (probably more). Also, I was thinking to myself this morning as I was reading the Colbert piece that I have now seen enough video of you that I hear your voice in my head saying the words you have written. It's just like if you look at a picture of Morgan Freeman while reading something, you automatically hear it in your head his voice. Not sure if that's an accomplishment or maybe a little creepy, but either way, keep on keepin' on!
DK- Congratulations! It is truly deserved. I love your work and tell every sports fan I know to subscribe. I am a Lunatic level subscriber and even bought my son a subscription this Christmas. Your insight into the Pittsburgh sports scene is the best there is. Keep up the great work!
Dejan congratulations on the milestone. To celebrate I just upgraded to Lunatic level... You are making it hard to read any other Pittsburgh sports columnist, but I'm trying...
Congrats on 8000, DK. 10,000 id just around the corner. I'm a PA boy living in SC and your stuff is like a breath of fresh air... the best of the best.

Dejan - thank you so much for all you do. I have truly enjoyed my subscription and look forward to Monday preview of the week and even the Saturday post about aps/subscribers.
