Podcast: Pirates, Steelers on 105.9 the X w/ Madden

Somebody tell me why a team thin at OT would not have sought out La'EL Collins for the pittance the Cowboys just gave him? I mean, I know they are gun shy after Santonio and Ben, but if he"s a jerk, just cut him. BUT GET HIM HERE first. I know I don't have privy to the inner workings of the GMs conversations about personnel, but as a fan, it looks like all Colbert and Tomlin do is sit on their hands and take what comes to them. They react, and are practically never proactive in any way that is having an impact on the big picture. I could make a list of scenarios where it seems this is the case.
