DEJAN KOVACEVIC, DK ON PITTSBURGH SPORTS Getting ready for kickoff … Game: West Virginia (1-1) vs. Maryland (2-0), 12:02 p.m., Byrd Stadium, College Park, Md. TV, radio: Big Ten Network, Fox Sports Wheeling Online: Game Tracker / Multimedia / Official media notes
WVU offense stopped itself
Shell is looking very good. Big payback game for the Mountaineers this year against MD.
TD WVU. Trickett in the zone.
Defense let Maryland get back in the game. This looks like another shootout game
That is win but should not have been that close. Those red zone fumbles
Nice win, Maryland is far from a juggernaut opponent. WVU is a solid, talented team that can play with anyone but they won’t beat any quality opponent until they eliminate the careless, stupid mistakes.
Agreed. We find out next week if we can hang with the big boys in the Big12 battling Oklahoma.
