Saturday site stuff: If we build it …

You have earned the support.

Do you remember the rough date when you started this all at the newspaper?

I remember getting interested with the Buried Treasure stuff in the paper, I remember the first lunatics, JAL was one, but can't put my finger on when this all started

Hey, just wanted to share, too, that we've at least begun looking into a forum of some kind that would be part of the site and provide a place for ... well, whatever you want. Might be best way to make everyone happy, keep column discussions focused at least on that sport.

Also, if anyone has any questions about the site or the coverage, would rather take them here than Tuesday chat. Keeps whole chat on sports. But please, EMAIL us any tech issues at [email protected].

Real good job with everything so far DK. Been pleased with everything to this point. Will be waiting patiently for the Android app.

For you to strike out on your own ( a HUGE risk), and now for the rollout of mobile apps just boggles the mind. I know you said that the "goal" was for 10K subscribers the first year, but this has to be very, very pleasing to you.
.
Thank You.

Even if I rarely comment, the 3 year subscription is worth it just so I can read DK's words of wisdom.

The one thing I never understand is why everyone seems to develop apps for Apple phones when more more people have Android. I would go for the largest audience first.

Not a slam, as I wrote, everyone seems to go to Apple first.

Definitely looking forward to the app on my phone. Not sure if it will be preferable on my I Pad. And thanks for being willing to run with the idea of general threads. As this place gets bigger, I look forward to hearing lots of thoughts about lots of sports stuff - and yours!

Hey DK, any chance that the "page changer" from older to newer posts can be added to the top as well. As I travel so much I have to play catch up and starting from oldest to newest you have scroll back and forth over the page to get updated. Not a biggie, just an observation.

I think what Biz was asking about was the beginning of the Blog. I do remember the baseball Q&A's but there was a buildup in the Q&A's for when the Blog would start. Maybe being baseball first fans, we thought that started the "Lunatic Nation."

I can't wait for the app! It will be nice because Safari keeps logging me out. And forget google. I mostly use my phone anyway.
Congrats on being so close! This is so exciting!
