Get your Spurs in the ice and drop the puck! Pens - Habs is always entertaining. Can't wait to see Maatta again.

I saw that he was at Letang's Heart Walk on Sunday, if that means anything.

Should be a good one. Got the dvr machine fired up and will watch after kiddos hit the sack.

Let's go Pens!

Ok how quick does Downie take a penalty, I say by 7 minutes into the 2nd period.

He always seems to play well there. Remember the OT winner he scored while he was concussed ?

So is Mike Johnston. He's had them together since very early on in training camp & couldn't wait to get them back together.

the third line is contributing once again... I can't describe how much I love seeing that depth on display for once... Hopefully it will b a continuing theme

I also gave a love/hate relationship with Downie Freshness... Love when he does good things like score goals and stick up for teammates... Hate when he takes at least one dumb penalty per game lol

A productive third line is Coca Cola, it pays dividends year after year.

Ty Cobb made a mint on Coke. He got in on the ground floor & amassed more than 24,000 shares.

Bennett makes a difference in skill and good on the boards.

Based on the current top six options, I don't think Bennet should be on the 3rd line very long.

The Canadiens are the #1 faceoff team in the league - the Pens won only 4 of 17 in the 1st period.

Maatta played 7:34 in the 1st, only Ehrhoff (7:47) played more. Amazing.

Good stat.... That def needs improving... Don't know if it could get worse than that tho lol

Milo, Habs always seem to have 1 or 2 unbeatable face off guys.

Good stat there... Obviously that needs to improve... Can't get much worse than that tho lol

Very good period. Must not get into trading chances in the second pd.

As DK pointed out in his Tuesday chat, the Habs speed was on display quite a few times in the 1st.

I don't think the Penguins are actually playing that well, Habs have down a good job of stopping the Penguins breakouts and then slowing them down through the neutral zone. But the scoreline says 3-0.

bB having the game of his life. I'm sure he'll be injured soon.
