Pretty scary when Blount is the voice of reason. All those 2nd and shorts yesterday and almost no play action deep or waggles. Should be an automatic call at least once a game w/AB, Leveon, and Ben all on the field together. How about a WR down the seam? Just an idea.

I do not see a blue box to add a mobile device after I log in. I can see a text to click the "add mobile device" but no button. Where on the screen is it?

I had the misfortune of getting tickets for my son to last night's game. First time close - 3rd row behind the goal. Ignoring the fact that his favorite player is Fleury and they started Greiss at home for the first time ever just after 29 gets a shutout...ugh...

The good: it's a completely different game up close. Just...wow. Fun to watch. Yes, even last night, which may have been the worst I've ever seen a non-Rico Fata team play.

The bad: where to start? Let's just say I would estimate the turnovers in the game to be around 48-1. I may be exaggerating...slightly. They just looked completely out of synch. Passes to a guy that was heading one direction as if he were going another. It was hard to watch. :(

Dejan - Very sold BB HOF list. Love the Raines inclusion - I always thought he was one of the best + he seemed to improve over time by altering his game as he aged.

DK -- greetings from NC. I just received my work bonus and used some of it to sign up for the 3 year "lunatic level." I look forward to that cup o' joe when I get back to the Burgh. I've got some good Flounder (Double M) stories from my time with him at DU on the Duke staff and playing street hockey against him (1979-1983). Also got some good Will Mecklenburg/Paul Krakowski stories from my Journalism days......Keep up the great work!

There is a character issue and depth with this team. Sutter is not a legitimate 3rd line player. His line is always playing in their own zone. This shows up glaringly against good teams. The 4th line which includes Adams is horrible. Why is that guy still on the team.? Malkin is on one game and off the next game. Crosby passes too often. The good goalies in this league have learned to read him. Yes the 2 headed monster has been directly involved in 65% of their teams goals but that power play is very disjointed. Look at how good Vancouver's PP looked last night. I do not see this team as currently constructed built to win in the playoffs even if Fleury stands on his head. Very soft team. I am very disappointed with them.

Yes the PP is killing them. Yes they need keep going to the net harder and god willig, find D men who can actually hit the net with point shots (its mindbending!) but for the love, lets not sit here and pretend the refs arent screwing this team, and instead figure out why and exactly WHAT is going on with that. Time to call a spade a spade. Totally unpopular opinion. Uncool to say out loud. Whatever. Its happening. Its been happening. Its real. Especially on home ice ironically. On pace for the fewest PPs in a season since they entered the league per Bob Errrey. What in the name is going on here? This team has found it hard enough to win playing on even terms. 5 on 9? Great article about last night. Wholly agree with you. Particularly about Crosby. I am beginning to question the mental toughness of this penguins core. Changes are needed but I'll save any comments for another day when I am a little calmer regarding the organizations response to all their issues and there are many.
