Should be a great test to see how the Pens can shake off a bad game versus another good team on the road. Can they stick to the new system, or plummet back into old habits. My bet is they play a great game.

Agree. Plus the games in Toronto always seem to be fast-paced, high-scoring affairs. With the backup G in net, will be interested to see how the team may weather an early storm and keep their composure in a great environment. Hoping for a disciplined, competitive game.

Also, LOVE the new "DK on Pittsburgh Sports GameDay" artwork. Super clean and professional-looking.

Now DK if you could only something about this serif font...

So Craig Adams is only 10 games from matching Ron Schock's team record for consecutive games played. Ron Schock was a terrific player & longtime captain. That record doesn't need to be broken. Especially by Craig Adams.

This certainly isn't the same Leafs team I saw against Boston the other night. On the other hand the Pens are in a goal scoring drought. That should never happen with this team.

Chased Rask, Boston isn't off to the best start.

I really hate to see the best player in the world playing with dupuis. He's a good player and they have good chemistry but he has no business being there.

Love that HCMJ is demanding of what he sees on PP.
.
First unit doesn't have clean entry, screws around with puck, overpasses? Off they go and replaced by second unit. Message sent and clean/efficient play rewarded.
.
Would almost never see that with Bylsma.

It looks to me like the Pens are ready to be off of this road trip. Just not all there tonight.

They had as many shots on goal as the Leafs did shot attempts in the 1st, the 2nd has been a different story.

Milo that's kind of the definition of a Geno penalty isn't it?

Pens have gone nearly 6 periods without scoring. Should never happen.

They need a top 6 for when the bottom 6 doesn't carry them.
