St. Francis 67, Duquesne 52, final

Consecutive blowout losses to Robert Morris and St. Francis ? Well, any hopes of a Northeast Conference title are out the window.

This is going sideways fast, no? Seemed like the team looked a little bit promising three weeks ago...

In whose world is this acceptable? I'm appalled, embarrassed, disgruntled....anything but surprised. Doesn't anyone on the Bluff have the least bit of pride? No doubt in my mind that Greg Amodio has to go. Of course, only a few dozen people in the Tri-State area really care, anyway. But, I guess being irrelevant is better than being noticed and recognized as inept and incompetent.

As a Duquesne alumnus, I am embarrassed by this turn of events. Perhaps the school should drop basketball, if they can't even beat RM and St Francis.

So, for my $24/year, with both Pitt and Duquesne playing afternoon games in Pittsburgh, on would expect at least SOMETHING from Dejan about the Dukes/Mass-Lowell game? One of my friends told me that Mr. K had added to Duquesne to this site and while we all know that the Bluff is not the epicenter of Pittsburgh sports--or even college basketball--could we get at least a nod in our direction after an afternoon game is played; like maybe a box score?
