On location: Clemson 71, Pitt 62

Don't take Clemson for granted.
Couple bad losses early in season but beat Arkansas and Auburn recently and held Louisville to 32% shooting last time out AT Louisville, losing by 5.

Got quicks.

Hall and Blossomgame and Grantham real good.

Let's see if Pitt can follow up on their miracle comeback win against BC.

Can we please get a plan against 2-3? How does a major college program not have ONE 3 point shooter

Test.

They are painful to watch. The program is going backwards. Most under reported story in Pittsburgh sports.

Pat Narduzzi firing up the crowd at halftime. He's got me ready to go. I think I have one more play left in me.

So much of rebounding is want to. They are simply being out hustled to loose balls.

As Pittsburgh native and current Clemson prof., I can say for sure this is massive suprise to us all...this Tiger hoops team is real average, to be kind. Guess it stuck in their craw how badly they were embarrassed at the Pete last year...

It's going to be a long year. This team is not NCAA Tournament material.

Stink.

"We missed 32 shots and only got 5 offensive rebounds." - Dixon.

I think when he stops the sentence after the part about missing the 32 shots, then we'll finally have made some progress. They simply have to get players in here that can score.

In the past, I've always enjoyed watching Pitt take apart an opponent, especially defensively. Offensively, we all knew they were a work in progress, but they're just not a good shooting team at all. Shot selection is very sketchy at times. I was banking on a typical Jamie Dixon defensive team, but they demonstrated they have holes and currently the defensive rebounding is just bad. Unfortunately, as constructed, it's going to be a long ACC schedule

What happened to the pride in defense? *sarcastically* time to change the Pitt bball logo to script or move to Consol.

Tough home loss. Doesn't look like a traditional Dixon team

Tough loss....could be a struggle to make it to the dance this year.

Remember,
We knocked down the Football stadium to build the Pete so we can become a "basketball school".
