Pitt 73, Florida State 64

Go Pitt!

Just when you thought this team was unwatchable, along comes the pre-med walk-on.

Jeez , If Pitt did the same thing vs Clemson like outrebounding those trees ( Florida St. ) . This squad will over .500 in the conference

The crowd seemed to really be into the game tonight. Looks like a new star is born with the walk on.

And of course, congrats to Jamie Dixon on #300.

Pitt played hard. Wonder where the motivation came from?

Very watchable game, first in a long while.

Pitt def. has to beat G.T. this Saturday. Schedule gets a lot tougher after that. Good job tonight, though.

Offense was definitely way more aggressive. Didn't see the usual "pass it around the arc, let the defense reset, and force a shot up before shot clock expires" M.O. Looks like Dixon is starting to figure out that these kids need to be up-tempo to get points. D is still an issue but it looks like when they want to play they can.

DK - is Luther in the dog house? Didn't get a single minute last night. Or was it just the fact that FSU had some 7 footers?
