The Phils released Kevin Slowey this morning. Gotta say I laughed out loud. Wonder if he has another therapist induced quote to cover this.

Looks like no non roster invitees will make the club out of spring training. That would mark the first time since 1998.

Although I am naturally reluctant/hesitant to give the BMTIB credit for trades, I have unabashedly from the initial trade expressed my appreciation for picking up Francisco CHAIR-velli.

He still may end up hurt the whole season———however, I deem him an excellent pick-up from our AAA Trading Partner in New Yawk City!

Nice home run!

2012 draftee out of Ohio State. Stands 6 feet 7, that downward plane thing you know. Spent all last year at Class A Bradenton, 3.56 ERA. Ground ball type guy.

On phone and away from my desk for a while:
How'd the Buccos get their last 3 runs?

CHAIR-velli and Sean Rodriquez . . . . two Major League quality pick-ups I like very much.

Darn!! I may have to start trusting the BMTIB . . . . . . NAH!! [OK, a little.]

Must be the suggestion of the Duke grad Farm Director of the "troika of influence."
