DK I really wish the Pirates were 3-0 but unfortunately they are 0-3...

"Game: Pirates (3-0) vs. Milwaukee Brewers (0-3), 8:10 p.m., Miller Park, Milwaukee"

At least one of these teams will get their first W of the season tonight :) Let's hope it's the Bucs.

And the Pirates at 3-0 is a typo unless reality changed.

JAL, you are indispensible. I always look here for your lineups an hour or so before the game.

What channel is the game on? ROOT SPORTS had the Pens

An insult no tv!

They just said on the Brewers TV broadcast that the Pirates couldn't fly into Milwaukee last night so they had to ride a bus from Chicago.

Ok Locke, there's your lead. Don't blow it!

Wonder if Kang gets his first start on Sunday.

Good shut down inning for Locke after the 3 spot.

Wow PA hot.

Come on Locke, no choke today.

My goodness, Pedro looks great at the plate. Driving pitches on the outer part of the plate up the middle.

I continue to think Cutch is not up to par, physically. Should say he looks like it hurts to jump.

Is it too soon to DFA Bastardo?

Still waiting for "the best outfield in baseball" to show up this season. Hopefully Marte's homer will get him going. Polanco and Cutch are putrid at the plate right now. Still waiting the great hype of Polanco to come to fruition.

still waiting on that good Bastardo. I am starting to get the feeling the pen just iant as lights out this year. Bastardo has a history of good and bad. Hughes has had ups and downs. Caminero has awsome stuff but the Marlins of all teams must have let him lose for a reason. Scahill has been bad. i k ow hes gone eventually but that is a lot of question marks. Season still young tjough so we will see.

Nice pick and spin by Walker.

The bright spot tonight, is having your first three hitters get no hits, put up 8 K's, and you still get 6 earned runs!

FINALLY!!! RAISE IT!!!

Maybe the Pirates will finally get the better outfielder in Center - take some pressure off of Cutch - put him in left at least until whatever is ailing his leg/lower body is better

Raise the Jolly Roger! The Bucs get their first W of 2015 and of all places it happened in the House of Horrors known as Miller Park!

Steelag ,LL & AJS -- good to see you guys. Don't always agree but positions taken are always spirited.

Much more like it except for pace of game.

Anyone else worried that Cutch may have a serious injury that's been purposely NOT talked about since Spring Training? All that time off for "lower body" soreness? What if he's really hurt and pushing himself too much? I'm really starting to wonder.

Looks like Cutch needs to sit for awhile as the 2015 injury curse continues it's relentless journey through Pittsburgh.

Riverhounds beware! Kevin Kerr might be next ...
