Orpik at $5.5 mill+ per year?

Loved the guy -- and looking forward to tribute tonight -- but grateful we passed.

Sure we'll see Paille Cape Canaveral launch and Red Wings 4 hits in 15 secs sequence.

Classics -- both of 'em.

It's a great night for hockey. Let's play two!

anson carter is wayyyy out of his element....nbc brought the 3rd team tonite...

Nice pass by Sid but he needs to shoot, shoot, shoot.

Sorry to state the obvious, but the lack of NHL quality wingers is striking.

So the Pens have 1 legit top 6 winger playing right now. Kunitz, who hasn't done much this year. Injuries are starting to take their toll. Really could use brittle Beau sometime soon.

Sorry tuning in late....Hornquist injured?

Wow nice give away up the middle Ebbet. He should probably enjoy the rest of the game from the pine.

Sarah I think he got hit on the knee w a slapshot but I thought he returned.

You can wish to ignore Crosby's scoring problems, I won't.

Now Hornqvist is hurt after taking a slapper off his leg from a Harrington shot.

Guys is anybody getting redirected to the App Store to by the ReTale app?
This seems to happen when the Retale ad pops up, and is a known Apple/Safari issue with uncommanded redirect.
Been happening more and more to me lately, always on DKs site.....I will get back to him via Help....just wondering if anyone else is on an iPad w Safari and experiencing Same? It appears limited to the Retale ads, at least for me.

eric...I don't think anybody is ignoring Crosbys not scoring goals...however he is providing scoring opportunities...the Pens do have a number of injuries that has to effect the way they are playing...tho I doubt anybody is using that as an excuse...

Where would this team be without Fleury?

Wow Sid just whirling and throwing the puck blindly to no one. What is that?

Swing and a miss by Sid. Just hit the guy there already.

Crosby has been inconsistent tonight. He has had a couple of good shifts, particularly that one he and Malkin dominates, but something is off in his game. He is trying to be too cute. Cute passes, passing up shots. He really needs to just play simple hockey.

Fleury kept the Pens in it early, but not great on the second goal.

Not sure what to make of Crosby lack of scoring, the Penguins score 72% of the goals with him on the ice which is 7th among forward. He is getting the least PP time/game of his career. Last season Giroux scored one goal in the first quarter of the season, but still was a Hart finalist. Sometimes sports are just random.

I understand that the Penguins are banged up, but I can't quite understand with as much talent still on the ice, where are the goals?

November 1 - December 27 = 24 games for Crosby = 3 goals

That isn't good enough.

He's hurt, he's not doing the things a top line player should be doing with the puck, i.e. scoring goals.

The way Crosby is playing, this is Boston, Columbus, and New York... all over again.

But there's an excuse... it won't be the injured wrist that is getting weaker by the game, it will be a bad set of sticks.

This team needs help in the worst way...
