On location: Rangers 5, Penguins 2

Would be nice to win one in Metro.

NEED THIS ONE BOYS.........

So Fleury is starting his 14th of 15 games. This seems like a heavy workload for him with Philly and Chicago coming up before the break. Wonder if Greiss gets one of those games?

My interest today s 41 and 47, since the beat down by Tootoo, 41's physical game has dropped. 47 also plays much better when he was physical. They were playing playoff style hockey, lately they have morphed into last year style. Here's hoping the 4th line doesn't get as many minutes as Isle's game, seemed like Sill was out there more than Geno. When they get healthy, Sill, Adams and Goc, only 1 gets to play. Who will it be?

Well that didn't take long. Just another team in the east that we can't play with. Shocking.

7+ mil D there.

17th divisional game - 6 wins

Now have given up 6 straight goals in about 30 minutes of ice time

It would sure be nice if these kinds of calls could happen when it's Sid or Geno who get nudged....

Good to see the officials calling penalties today. With the way the PP is trending, I think that bodes well.

NOOOOOOO!!!!
Worse than any beer league goal I've had tipped in. Good God.

So much for the Pens getting back into it.

How does NYI manage to get by without all this valuable vet presence?
It's astonishing.
.

I guess that's a no 4-1 with 13 to go in the 2nd flower pulled I don't see Lundqvist giving up 3 more goals

Johnston got his work cut out for him. I know Pens still missing some key complimentary players, but this team has a ways to go yet!

Let's stop all of the talk of a major need for top 6 winger. How about 2 top four defensemen? The defense, as constructed, is very soft in front of their own net and don't add that much offensively.

And, Letang, the great defensive force is stinking up the ice again.
Add all star Fleury.

Looks like the pens woke up at 11:25 today. Not playing well. At all.

I don't understand why this organization has never had a defenseman who could clear the front of the net and don't have any in the system either. They are all smaller guys who watch and poke.

With games left in Philly and vs Hawks, Pens could go into all-star break in 3rd or even 4th place in the division. Florida is currently only 8 points behind and 2 games in hand for last playoff spot. Pens 1-7 vs NY teams. This team had been a mess since before Christmas winning only 4 of their last 12 games.

These guys suck. I can't dissect or analyze it any better than that. They just totally melt down during big games. After everything they went through last year against the Rangers, and after everything they've gone through over the last 5 years, to allow a goal 30 seconds into the game is completely unacceptable. I give up (except that I probably won't ).
