Anybody watching Kentucky/UCLA ? Kentucky started the game 24-0. Unbelievable. Never seen that. Not sure Alcindor-Walton Bruins clubs would beat this Kentucky club. It's Kentucky and everybody else this year.

Go Pitt. Beat....Oakland?! Haha.

I saw the start of that game Osh. Really ugly. And you are right - UK is head and shoulders above everyone this year. Let's go Pitt!

You two guys should work in my office. We have to widen the doors to get all the big heads in. Thank God they didn't win last season with those 10 losses.

I know Lucky. My company is headquartered in Louisville, so I hear about both programs all the time!

Yeah, there are very few Louisville fans down here in south central KY, Lad, even though we're only 2 hours from Louisville and 3 from Lexington. They aren't nearly as obstinate as UK fans, though.

If Pitt is struggling to beat these so called lesser opponents that they usually cream, just imagine when they start playing some real conference opponents. Going to be a long year for Pitt basketball.

I believe Oakland beat Iowa in Iowa City a few years ago. Believe they beat another 'name' team as well-but having a hard time recalling.

No excuse for Pitt, though. Some of these so-called cupcakes have no issues playing at the big venues.

Looks to me like the first team to play defense on 2 or3 consecutive possessions will win the game.

Oshie is correct about Oakland U's ability to pull off major upsets. The school, which is located in Michigan about half-way between Rochester and Pontiac, has had a fairly solid hoops program, and has been drawing prospective talent away from the U. of Detroit for decades.

Looks like home refs are going to win it now.

What a ballgame. Went to OT. Pitt played well in the extra time. Robinson and Jones made 4 crucial free throws in the final minute.

Pitt squeaks by a 4-7 mid major team on it's home court in overtime. Bring on Kentucky! Yay!

What? I couldn't enjoy the game, emoney? :)

I'm a basketball fan. Fun to watch fun games.

Pitt actually played ok but was terrible on defense.

I have no idea whether Pitt is even considering Wells of Utah State for HC, but he sure seems like the real deal. Won 10 games & was down to his 4th QB today. Sounded like a pretty impressive young guy on the post game interview as well. He would also bring Central Catholic's Orlando as DC. Would be a nice, out of the box pick IMO.
